Payouts are made monthly on the first business day, based on closed and paid contracts from the previous month. Affiliates will receive a professional title, marketing materials, and valuable experience. Additionally, there’s a 5% bonus for contracts over $10,000. The program runs for 6 months, with top-performing affiliates being considered for full-time or leadership roles, offering them a chance to grow within the company.
